April 3 ，Changzhou Huada Kejie OPTO-ELECTRO Instrument Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huada kejie"), relying on the resources of its parent company, Great Star Technology, leased its Vietnam Great Star manufacturing base in the fourth plant to build the Vietnam Huada factory to officially start large-scale production. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of optoelectronic measurement and automation test equipment, Huada Cogent has been committed to providing excellent products and services to customers worldwide. This important move of setting up a factory in Vietnam marks an important step in expanding the global market layout of Huada Cogent.

Vietnam is one of the most rapidly growing economies in Southeast Asia and one of the most talked about emerging markets in the world. Huada Vietnam factory is located in Hai Phong, the largest industrial city in Vietnam, which is strategically located as the second largest port city in Vietnam and can communicate with important economies such as the United States and the European Union by sea. The factory is located in the industrial zone of Nam Cam, 120KM from the airport and only 30KM from the port, with abundant human resources and significant low-cost advantages.

Huada Kejie chose to set up an overseas factory in Vietnam as an important step to actively respond to the national 'One Belt, One Road' initiative, promote the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise, and better serve global customers, opening up the capacity of overseas layout and supply chain capability for localized services. With the strong support of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Investment Office, the construction has started since 2019, and the total area of the rented factory and the establishment of supporting facilities is about 10,000 square meters. We have built a digital and intelligent manufacturing line, automated production equipment and testing equipment, and a highly qualified technical and management team. Each year, we can produce about 600,000 units of laser line projection products, 50,000 units of laser leveling instruments and 230,000 units of distance measuring instruments. The factory construction has been positively affirmed by many international large enterprises.
